Indian Journal Of Pathology And Oncology

Indian Journal of Pathology and Oncology is an interdisciplinary double-blind peer-reviewed journal at the interface of pathology and oncology, including the preclinical and translational research, diagnostics and therapy. The journal covers studies related to pathology including morbid anatomy, surgical pathology, clinical pathology, diagnostic cytopathology including gynecologic cytology. Furthermore, IJPO offers an international forum for rapid communication with excellence and novelty. IJPO is dedicated to keeping scientists informed of developments in its focused biomedical fields which span the gap between basic research and clinical medicine. 

Aim & Scope: A special aim of this journal is to promote publishing activity in pathology and oncology of colleagues in the Central and East European region, all over the world. The journal will interest pathologists, and a broad range of experimental and clinical oncologists, and related experts. This Journal is founded to promote and encourage development and advancement of pathology and oncology and allied specialties in India and also to provide a platform for the fellow surgeons to showcase their work at the global level. It publishes original research papers, reviews, and other articles of academic interest on all aspects of pathological and oncological research. Coverage spans the gap between basic research and clinical medicine and promotes the publication of pathology and oncology research by specialists in India. Original research materials, investigative protocols of both surgical and combined modalities of treatment, including basic research will find the preference.
